Returns & Exchanges

EXCHANGES, RETURNS and REFUNDS:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to make an exchange for a different size or style, please follow the instructions below.

 Please email us at: customerservice@slinkjeans.com with the following information:

Name order was purchased under, order number, reason for exchange, and your new choice of Size or Style. We will then provide a pre-paid Return Label and Return Authorization form to be dropped off by customer to the nearest UPS location for an easy and successful exchange.

Please remember note that merchandise must be unworn, unused and in their original condition with all hang tags and labels attached. Exchanges must be made within thirty (30) days for items of equal or lesser value.

Returned items must be returned within fifteen (15) days from the date of purchase for a full refund.  Any items returned in any condition other than as originally sent or received back in our warehouse as damaged will not be eligible for return, credit or exchange. All refunds will be provided as credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase and exchanges will be processed within thirty (30) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise back into our warehouse. Shipping costs are not refundable.

To ensure that your return order is shipped and received successfully, we recommend you send back your items in the original packaging using our return authorization form and return label.
